- Local Shire/Authority Orders & Requisitions Check - Will provide you with i.e. Zoning, Public and/or Residential Developments etc, Building Licences and Registered Plans for your property/street/locality.
- Photographs & Interesting Facts - Pop in anything which you feel would enhance marketing your property.
- Improvements & Renovations - Documention and receipts will give prospective Buyers an insight into your property's condition and history.
